Empower Panchayat Partners with ICFAI Business School, Bangalore to Empower Rural India

Empower Panchayat is thrilled to announce a new partnership with ICFAI Business School (IBS), Bangalore. We signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on July 1, 2024, marking a significant step towards enhancing rural development in India.

Our Mission: Together, we aim to improve rural governance and development through research, innovation, and student engagement. Our focus areas include sustainable agriculture, education, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Key Initiatives:

• Joint Research and Projects: We will work on research projects that address important rural development challenges.
• Student Internships: IBS Bangalore will provide opportunities for students to work on field projects in rural areas, guided by Empower Panchayat.
• Training Programs: We will organize workshops for panchayat members on topics like financial management, digital skills, and good governance.
• Supporting Startups: We will host hackathons and pilot projects to help startups develop solutions for rural communities.

Commitment: This partnership will last for three years, starting from July 1, 2024. We are dedicated to using education and innovation to improve rural life and governance.
